Roshane and Tanya in the Star Prestige beach area were amazing whether it was in decorating our special Balinese bed with flower petals on our anniversary to getting delicious jerk chicken and drinks for us. Our butlers, Gary and Omar kept us informed as to our dinner reservations each day and were at our beckon call whenever we wanted something extra in our room. Aldean, Sheneill, Shafae and Davian were always so helpful and an absolute delight to deal with. Getting booked into the hotel was seamless thanks to the four lovely, always smiling ladies at Star Prestige. Our first time in Jamaica was a positive and memorable vacation beginning and ending with friendly and efficient shuttle service by JTL.

Many thanks to Patricia in Customer Services who gifted my wife and I a very special dinner on the beach as a goodwill gesture, which was served by the very attentive Andrew and cooked up by the resort's brilliant executive chef. Thank you Shawn for driving us to the ice cream parlour next to our resort! Petrice, Roshane's sister who would find us on the beach is also worthwhile mentioning as part of our Experience Ambassador. Monghaney (Shawn) our very dedicated and professional Member's Experience Ambassador made sure our time spent at the resort was nothing less than top notch.
